    “Do we know their numbers?”

By now, Wu Qingsong had stopped thinking of the Sea Draconians as mere mindless beasts.

Despite their monstrous appearance, which made them look even more fearsome than Murloc Shamans, it was obvious they were far more intelligent than any Murloc Shaman he had encountered before.

“No idea…” Mia said uncertainly. “Maybe a dozen or so?”

    A dozen?

If each one was as powerful as what he had just seen, that would be a serious headache.

“What about their Water Elementals?” Wu Qingsong continued.

“They’re completely invulnerable to physical attacks,” Mia replied. “They’re like living water orbs that can walk on land but have no physical form, so they can’t be hurt. The only way to deal with them is by using strong winds to blow them away. On clear days, they’re not a huge problem. But on rainy days, their strength increases dramatically.”

Wu Qingsong had trouble picturing them, but Mia’s tone carried undeniable fear.

“Tell the Queen to move everyone inland, somewhere those things can’t reach. If the enemy comes ashore, stall them until I get back. And Mia, you’re coming with me, just like last time. First, we need to slaughter a massive number of Murlocs to build our undead army.”

The entire island soon sprang into action.

Hundreds of penguins began their clumsy march away from the shore, retreating toward the island’s interior.

Meanwhile, Wu Qingsong observed the Sea Draconians on the reefs.

They were watching back, but their relaxed posture suggested they felt completely in control.

Seeing the islanders moving, they probably assumed victory was inevitable—that they could attack or retreat at will.

So far, both sides had merely tested each other’s strength.

Wu Qingsong had already witnessed their Water Arrows. If fired in great numbers, they could become a serious problem.

As for their Water Tornadoes, they were stronger, faster, and more precise than Murloc Shamans’ tidal waves.

And unlike tidal waves, these tornadoes could strike from much higher altitudes, making them a direct threat even to airborne foes.

“Ling, get some rest. I’ll give them a little appetizer first, then you can help me finish them off.”

    Ling nodded.

She had been flying all night and was truly exhausted.

Wu Qingsong immediately had Mia gather the strongest harpy warriors for an attack operation.

The barrels he used years ago had long since rotted away, but weaving a few new baskets wouldn’t take too much time.

Old walrus Aifre, captain of the Black Pearl, arrived with his crew to help out.

Their clothing had long since fallen apart, and they now wore only grass skirts and woven vines, making them look like savages. A few sealfolk had even been completely naked—until they hurriedly grabbed some leaves to cover themselves after noticing Ling’s presence.

“Lord Tagraedi…” Aifre hesitated as he wove vines together.

“I came to bring you all back,” Wu Qingsong said bluntly.

He understood what they were thinking.

With Orgrimmar gone, they had no idea about Nagrand. There was no reason to keep them stranded here any longer.

To be honest, seeing them dressed like wild men made him feel guilty.

Aifre and his sailors cheered softly, trying to keep their voices restrained.

For Aifre especially, nearly five years had passed. He had long since given up hope of ever leaving. If Wu Qingsong hadn’t returned, he feared he might have died here, never seeing his family again.

With newfound motivation, the sailors worked faster.

Before the penguins’ evacuation was even complete, they had already woven several sturdy baskets for Wu Qingsong to sit in, along with multiple bark-made ropes.

“Mia.” Wu Qingsong turned to the harpy warrior. “Send out our scouts. Some will track the Sea Draconians, while others will search for Murloc activity. And be careful.”

The harpies had done this before.

    They still remembered it well.

As soon as Mia relayed the order, a large flock of Harpies soared into the sky, splitting up in different directions around Gale Island.

Meanwhile, the strongest harpy warriors remained at Wu Qingsong’s side.

As soon as the scouts reported back, they would carry Wu Qingsong in their baskets to whichever location had the most Murloc activity.

The harpies flew high, using cries and flight patterns to relay messages.

Though the Sea Draconians were strong, their numbers were too few to cover every part of the ocean. And in water, their vision, communication, and movement speed were far inferior to the harpies’ aerial advantage.

Soon enough, the first scouting report arrived.

The harpies led Wu Qingsong to a large group of Murlocs—where no Sea Draconians had been spotted.

Using the powers he had honed in the Abyss, Wu Qingsong wiped them out completely.

Then, he revived them as undead warriors.

“I hope those Sea Draconians haven’t heard of me before,” Wu Qingsong muttered.

Unfortunately, Mia didn’t seem to understand his concern.

As he commanded his undead army, he ordered them to seek out and attack more Murlocs, steadily expanding his forces.

But soon, the harpies gave a warning call.

Two Sea Draconians were heading their way.

    “Take me up.”

Wu Qingsong immediately signaled for Mia to lift him. He wasn’t afraid of water arrows, but there was no need to put the harpies in unnecessary danger.

His direct undead control range was two kilometers—more than enough for a preliminary attack.

As planned, half the undead forces spread out while the remaining half continued to slaughter Murlocs. Even nearby sharkfolk, unaware of the situation, were drawn in by the scent of blood, swimming rapidly toward the battlefield.

    The harpies’ cries grew urgent.

From his hanging basket, Wu Qingsong peered through his spyglass, scanning the waters for the incoming enemies.

It took a moment, but he finally spotted the two massive blue-and-gold figures moving below.

At that exact moment, his undead army relayed their first combat feedback.

Dozens of whirlpools began forming in the battlefield.

The two Sea Draconians were absolutely ruthless. They completely ignored the Murlocs being attacked. Instead, they immediately summoned water tornadoes in the midst of the battle, shredding both the undead and the living to pieces.

    It was brutal.

Wu Qingsong couldn’t help but admire their decisiveness.

Now, his remaining undead began encircling them, preparing to launch a full-scale assault.

But the Sea Draconians didn’t flinch. They commanded their sharkfolk allies to tear apart the undead, while continuously firing water arrows at any that got too close.

If the undead numbers increased, they immediately summoned another water tornado—shredding them apart.

His undead army was dwindling fast. His supply of corpses was running low.

But now, the Sea Draconians were focused entirely on the water battle.

    “Mia, take me down.”
