“No, it’s not about dying.” Xiao Yu’s expression grew grave. “Do you remember the plot Fang Shuoxin mentioned in his new book? The part about destroying a city? He’s not joking. He skipped the part about killing the blind girl and went straight to carrying out the city destruction.”

“Honestly, I don’t believe an ordinary person could destroy a city,” Wang Dong said, shaking his head. “It’s incomprehensible.”

This wasn’t about military destruction. A few missiles could obliterate a city, sure. Even setting off a few tons of explosives wouldn’t do it.

“Hiss!” Wang Dong sucked in a sharp breath.

Most people didn’t realize that every city had a network of gas pipelines, laid underground like a web. Under normal circumstances, the safety measures were impeccable, making explosions nearly impossible.

But that was under normal circumstances. If an explosion did occur…

Imagine the city’s underground filled with bombs.

If those bombs went off in succession, what kind of scene would that be?

“The third, and the one I least want to see.” Xiao Yu gave a bitter smile. “There’s a nuclear power plant outside K City.”
