Chapter 18: The 24-Year-Old Young Instructor

No matter how much he calculated, Shi Ji could never have imagined that the little girl next to him was actually an instructor here. It was unbelievable. So short, so young, so absurd.

Shi Ji was dumbfounded and then looked at the male instructor.

“No way, what did you just say? This little girl is an instructor here?!”

The male instructor immediately got angry, moved closer to Shi Ji, grabbed his collar, and lifted him slightly.

“Watch your mouth, you brat. Instructor Jing Xin is our academy’s most esteemed instructor. If you disrespect her again, I’ll make sure you regret it.”

The male instructor was clearly upset, his expression, actions, and tone showing he wasn’t joking.

Shi Ji looked at the young girl, completely bewildered. How could someone so young be an instructor? What was going on?

Jing Xin turned her face away, pouting, clearly displeased.

“Instructor, can we step outside for a moment? I’m new here and don’t know the rules. I have some questions.”

Jing Xin, female, 24 years old, petite, like a little girl. She was assigned to Yinshuang Academy by the Star Hero Academy as a senior instructor. Her age and small stature were a significant regret, especially her flat chest. She liked being called “sister” and hated being called “little girl,” “kid,” or “little sister.”

Jing Xin was sitting inside, listening closely to the conversation outside. Her increasingly sour expression showed that Shi Ji’s questions hit all her sore spots.

Despite her bad mood, she stayed seated, wanting to hear how far Shi Ji would go.

After a while, the two finished their conversation and returned inside.

When they entered, the male instructor’s previously smiling face turned serious. He almost forgot that Jing Xin was in the office.

He quickly approached her.

“Instructor Jing Xin, we’re done talking. Do you have any further instructions?”

Jing Xin stood up, her gaze fixed on Shi Ji. A fleeting cold smile appeared on her delicate face, hinting at a brief flash of murderous intent.

“The Star Hero Academy should have already sent his information to you. Handle the procedures according to the protocol. Inform Instructor Feng that I’m taking this student. Also, get someone to replace the broken camera.”
