“If I could sleep with her just once, I’d die a happy man,” a man muttered, unable to contain his thoughts.

The ravenous gazes from the surrounding men made Li Yunxi feel extremely uncomfortable. She shifted uneasily and moved behind Lin Xiao for cover.

“Hey, pretty girl, don’t hide. Looking doesn’t hurt, does it?” A man in the crowd laughed lewdly.

“Haha, come over and keep us company, little beauty.”

Hearing the vulgar comments, Lin Xiao’s expression gradually turned cold. The depths of his calm, dark eyes began to gleam with a dangerous chill.

He released Li Yunxi’s hand and turned to look directly at the two men who had spoken.

“What are you staring at, punk?”

One of them, a burly man with a face full of fat, sneered viciously.

The other man, skinny and lecherous-looking, chuckled. “Scary eyes you got there, kid, but do you think we scare easy?”

If they had just shut up and stopped provoking him, Lin Xiao might have let it slide.

But they were too ignorant to realize the danger, continuing to spout off despite his warning glare. Naturally, he had to teach them a lesson—one that would also serve as a deterrent for anyone else eyeing Li Yunxi.

“Idiots,” Lin Xiao said coldly, stepping toward them.

Though his voice wasn’t loud, it cut through the noise of the crowd, reaching the ears of the two men with startling clarity.

“What did you just say?” The fat-faced man glared at Lin Xiao.

But Lin Xiao had no intention of wasting more words.

For fools like them, fists were far more effective than words.

Seeing Lin Xiao getting closer, the two exchanged a glance. The fat man picked his nose with his finger, his face full of disdain. “You want a fight? With that skinny body? Even if I stood still, you couldn’t do a damn thing to me.”

His confidence wasn’t entirely unfounded. His physique was enormous, standing like a human wall. Though he and Lin Xiao were about the same height, his build was several times bulkier.

Lin Xiao had already reached him. Without a change in expression, Lin Xiao extended a single palm.

His movement wasn’t fast. It was even quite slow. And the push seemed completely powerless, drawing disappointed sighs from the onlookers, some even booing.

However, a few discerning individuals stiffened, their gazes turning wary as they focused on Lin Xiao’s palm.

The fat-faced man sneered, completely ignoring Lin Xiao’s hand. He raised his two massive fists, each the size of a sandbag, and aimed to smash Lin Xiao’s head from above.

But before his fists could land, Lin Xiao’s palm had already pressed against his chest.

In an instant, a large shadow streaked through the air.

Like a crash victim struck by a speeding car, the fat man was launched into the air, flipping multiple times before slamming down hard over seven meters away.

The moment he hit the ground, he had no idea what had happened. All he felt was unbearable pain coursing through his entire body, especially in his chest, where it felt like thousands of steel needles were stabbing him relentlessly. His face contorted in agony as he writhed on the floor, screaming in torment.

Lin Xiao’s strike had looked gentle, but it had been infused with internal force.

The moment his palm landed, the force surged from his hand, generating the explosive power that sent the man flying. Meanwhile, the residual energy seeping into his body left him in excruciating pain.

The boos from the crowd instantly stopped.

Ignoring the howling man on the ground, Lin Xiao twisted his body and suddenly took a step to the side.

In one movement, he covered three meters in distance. He appeared right in front of the skinny, lecherous man.

The man was so startled that he opened his mouth to spit out a threat. But before he could, his throat tightened.

Lin Xiao had already grabbed him by the neck.

His grip was astonishingly strong. The man flailed desperately, arms and legs kicking, but it was all futile. He was completely trapped, like a chicken caught by the neck.

Just as he was about to lose control of his bowels, Lin Xiao finally released him, following up with a kick to the chest.

With a loud bang, the man shot through the air like a cannonball. Before he even hit the ground, he had already passed out.

From sending the fat man flying to knocking out the skinny one, Lin Xiao had moved as if strolling through a park, never once exuding an overbearing aura.

And it was precisely because of this effortless display that his actions felt even more terrifying.

Whispers rippled through the crowd as people began inquiring about Lin Xiao’s identity. Meanwhile, the lewd comments about Li Yunxi had all but disappeared. No one dared to utter another word.

“Who is this young man? His skill is remarkable,” an older, potbellied man in his sixties murmured, narrowing his eyes at Lin Xiao. A sharp gleam flickered across them.

Standing beside him was a thirty-something-year-old man with a fierce expression, his eyes sharp like an eagle’s. He stared at Lin Xiao with battle-hungry intensity. “I hope he’s entering the tournament. I’d love to fight him.”

“You wouldn’t stand a chance,” the older man dampened his enthusiasm. “Do you know what that first strike meant?”

The younger man frowned. “What did it mean? I could send a man flying with a punch too.”

“Internal force,” the old man said.

The young man’s body stiffened, his expression shifting to disbelief. He fell silent.

On the other side of the arena, near the fighting stage, was a single-seat sofa.

A man, as massive as a bear, lounged on it. His tattered denim jacket lay open, exposing a chest that resembled solid iron.

A sultry woman lay nestled in his arms, her body writhing seductively as his large hands roamed her curves. She let out flirtatious moans, eyes hazy with desire.

In his other hand, the man toyed with two iron balls the size of goose eggs, rubbing them together and creating an unpleasant scraping sound.

“One of those guys who got beaten up was one of ours,” someone whispered beside him.

“My eyes aren’t blind,” the man replied lazily, eyes still half-closed as if he were dozing off. “That guy’s strong. We’re here to claim Hundred Seat Society’s turf, not to cause unnecessary trouble.”

    “Understood.”

Lin Xiao knew that by making a move, he would inevitably draw attention. But he didn’t care.

At his level, few things in this world could make him afraid. He usually hid his strength not to play the weakling, but simply to avoid unnecessary trouble.

When the time came to show his power, he never hesitated.

As Lin Xiao returned to Li Yunxi’s side, he was greeted by a radiant smile.

Then, out of nowhere, Miss Li suddenly stood on tiptoe and planted a firm kiss on his cheek.

A faint imprint of her lips was left behind.

Lin Xiao was momentarily stunned by the unexpected ambush, his heart skipping a beat.
