Li Yunxi’s eyes shifted, avoiding Lin Xiao’s question. Instead, she changed the subject, lowering her gaze to his hand.

“How do you have so much free time these days? When I called, I thought you might be busy. Aren’t you a personal bodyguard?”

Did that mean if he had said he was busy, she wouldn’t have bothered him?
