At daybreak, Wang Yun woke up. He had drunk a bit too much the night before, and his head still throbbed faintly. He went to wake Big Mouth, who was sleeping soundly and drooling.

“Is Hart up?”

Wang Yun interrupted her.

Hearing this, Aviva felt reassured and led Big Mouth into the kitchen.

At that moment, Hart was coming down the stairs. Hearing voices, he called out,

“Morning, Hart.”

“Hart, I’m helping Nicole, not for your money.”

Just then, Big Mouth came out of the kitchen.

Hart quickly stood up.

“Brother, thank you for coming to prepare food for us.”

Hart led them toward the dining room.

Hart watched his daughter’s happy expression with mixed feelings.
